Iceni Projects chooses a telephone system that will support their plans to expand

Iceni are a planning and development consultancy firm, who having worked with them previously, invited GHM Communications to supply their new telephone system when they relocated to Charing Cross in 2012.

Moving to new, larger offices gave Iceni the opportunity to assess what they really needed out of their telephone system and with plans to expand over the coming years, having a system that could grow with them was top of the list.

They also wanted to ensure that they could benefit from the latest technologies today but also add new technology in the future without the need to invest in expensive new hardware

GHM recommended the Samsung OfficeServ system. A scalable IP based solution that would cater for the potential company growth.

The system has voice over IP trunks over a dedicated quality assured broadband service, therefore reducing expenditure on telephone lines whilst maintaining flexible routing paths for incoming calls.

The IP desk handsets provide each user with great system feature access whilst offering additional IT capability via the spare connection port within each handset.

Having recently acquired an additional floor of office space, Iceni have been able to easily adapt their existing system by simply adding additional hardware from GHM.
