GHM still continues to work with businesses who either have staff returning to the office or are making long term changes with their phone systems for remote working.

The BBC recently carried out a report on large retailer ‘Next’. They say the biggest problem with home working was the lack of spontaneous conversations and the chance to learn from colleagues. On the other hand, it had allowed people to focus more effectively on some solitary tasks, including systems coding and product design. On a lighter note, it has been great seeing employees’ creative home offices.
